Grant started his journey as an accountant with KPMG in 1986 in Melbourne and Jakarta. He then held a range of senior positions in international commerce and industry, before returning to Australia where he was the partner for PKF on the Gold Coast. He then transitioned to business coaching and consulting, inspired to utilise his skills to bring out the best in people and to power transformation by help turning possibilities into reality.
